Le Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU)

Depuis l'adoption de la loi "Solidarité et Renouvellement Urbains" (SRU) du 13 décembre 2000, le Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU) se substitue au Plan d'Occupation des Sols (POS) et exprime un véritable projet de Ville.
